Six Month Smiles

Improve your smile in just six months with innovative braces near Henderson, NC

smiling Girl Our dental team understands how important it is to feel comfortable about your appearance. At Asheville Smile Center, we work closely with you to achieve the outcome you desire from personalized dental care. One of the issues that we commonly address with innovative care is misalignment. We know that straighter teeth make our patients feel better, and we are pleased to provide accelerated treatment that can achieve results in about six months.

Get a better smile with short-term braces

In our office near Hendersonville, NC, you can talk with Dr. Port or Dr. Hernandez about the benefits of Six Month Smiles. This innovative orthodontic system has been developed to address alignment issues that affect your appearance. When teeth are crooked or crowded, but the bite is functional, this method of straightening teeth can be an ideal solution for a better appearance.

The Six Month Smiles treatment is similar to traditional orthodontia. In fact, it looks pretty much the same, with clear brackets and tooth-colored wires. The difference is that these low-profile braces are affixed only to the teeth at the front of the mouth. Because the focus lies in such a small area, most patients obtain their desired results in four to nine months.

We may suggest Six Month Smiles for patients who want to correct mild to moderate misalignment of their anterior teeth and improve the appearance of their smiles. To begin care, we perform a thorough consultation and examination to ensure that malocclusion is not posing a risk to the joints of the jaw, nor to overall function.

It may seem unlikely that teeth can be straightened in a shortened time frame. However, studies show the efficacy of low-pressure force to achieve predictable movement. Patients of Asheville Smile Center can enjoy a comfortable and discreet process that straightens their teeth between biannual checkups!

Have you been wishing for a straighter smile but are resistant to the idea of full orthodontic treatment? We have enjoyed treating numerous teen and adult patients with the Six Month Smiles system, and are happy to consult with you about its benefits and its appropriateness for your needs. To learn more about getting straighter, healthier teeth, call our office at (828) 585-4049.
