We’ve missed you! We hope you have stayed safe and in good health!

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice! You may have seen this during your visits to our office in the past. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe and comfortable. We want to share additional precautions we will also be taking to ensure the well-being and safety of our team and patients.

  3. Asking a list of screening questions during appointment confirmation and repeating the list upon patient arrival
  4. Having patients wait in their vehicle until team member comes to take their temperature
  5. Having patient wash or sanitize hands upon arrival to office
  6. Limiting one parent or guardian to accompany one minor to his/her/their appointment
  7. Implementing digital forms/paperwork (including consent for treatment form) and payment options
  8. Scheduling more time between patients to perform disinfection practices above the standard protocols using electrolyzed water and medical grade sanitizers
  9. Cleaning the air with ozone filtration every evening

FAQs On Six Month Smiles

It's possible to have straight teeth in six months with Asheville orthodontic treatment

Our smiles are a focal point in our appearance. We are keenly aware of this fact, and understand that the state of our smile is impactful on how we are perceived by others. Teeth that are crooked, crowded, or otherwise misaligned take away from the attractiveness of the smile, and may leave a person feeling less than confident about his or her overall image. You may not have a naturally straight smile line now, but it's entirely possible to see straight teeth in your smile in about six months. Asheville Smile Center has a way to make this happen.

Our facility is equipped with the extensive training to provide the innovative Six Month Smiles treatment to our patients. This type of braces is similar to traditional braces. In fact, the system is designed on the same principles. The first difference that our patients notice about the Six Month Smiles system is that the brackets and wires used in these braces are tooth-colored, making them barely perceivable when speaking, laughing, or smiling. This is a huge improvement over metal brackets and wires, which get in the way of a brilliant smile. Discreet braces make the entire process easier for teens and adults who are concerned about maintaining their appearance in social and professional settings.

The second aspect of Six Month Smile braces that people notice is the time frame in which treatment is completed, although the name gives it away. Typically, we think of orthodontic treatment taking a year or longer, but this method is focused on the cosmetic enhancement of the smile, treating the teeth that lie at the front of the mouth. Due to this design, Six Month Smiles is ideal for those who need minor to moderate adjustment to the front teeth, not for significant bite realignment. This design, however, is what allows for the quick enhancement of the smile.

The team at Asheville Smile Center can help you achieve your smile goals. In a comprehensive evaluation, we will examine your bite and the alignment of teeth in order to devise an orthodontic treatment plan that works with your condition, budget, and overall goals.
